Headed out tomorrow on a two-night, three-day photo trip. I’m going a little stir crazy spending so much time at home. For the past 30 years, I’ve been on the road 3-4 nights a week, and while it’s nice being home, I have my limit and need to wander.

I have a doctor’s appointment on the 11th, so I can’t make it a long trip. I’m headed South, in search of road signs, old buildings, and scenic landscapes.

I’m armed with 3 film cameras and 1 digital camera, 8 lenses, 2 tripods, 3 camera bags, a bag of assorted film, 1 pair of binoculars, and a phone full of podcasts and audiobooks. Oh, and really no agenda at all. No set plans and nowhere to stay- just the way I like to travel.
