@kaa it’s the APU (auxiliary power unit) tiny jet engine that sits in the tail and does two things: makes electricity and pushes air. It’s a back up generator in case an engine should fail, it can also be used for pressurization and heating and cooling air. You can usually defer it and continue on but it means engine starts take much longer and you need a “huffer cart” which pushes air to the engine starter.
