Our longest day driving at 7 hours today. Working our way North still. Tomorrow we start the Westward segment to Washington.

Happened upon the Frosty Stand today, and I sure wish I had more time for proper pictures. Just quick snapshots today as well. There is something special about these old abandoned businesses. A little piece of history, a little remembrance of better times. It always reminds me that nothing stays the same. Nothing. Everything changes. Everything we have, and everything we have built, will rust and decay. There is something very photogenic about them. I can see a photography road trip one day that just focuses on old buildings, decay, and rust.

I can’t tell you how happy I am to be out of the heat.
